Human Resources Business Partner

Tarvos Talent is working with a well-established and growing organization in Austin, TX to bring on an HR Business Partner for a key onsite role. This opportunity offers direct exposure to leadership, the chance to take real ownership of the HR function, and the unique blend of an entrepreneurial environment backed by strong infrastructure, all within a highly tenured and collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll support leaders and employees across a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations to talent strategy and organizational development. You’ll partner across teams, provide thoughtful guidance, and help drive initiatives that enhance both the employee experience and overall business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3\+ years of experience in a generalist or HRBP role along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Workday is a plus.
