Customer Success Manager

to manage and grow strategic client relationships while ensuring customers maximize value from the platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-facing SaaS professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and enjoys driving adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Guide clients through the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, support, renewal, and expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Drive platform adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Conduct regular business reviews and communicate ROI, success metrics, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify account growth opportunities and partner with commercial teams on renewals/expansion
  • Proactively address risks, challenges, and customer concerns to maintain strong retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and support teams to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

  • 5\+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Account Management within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships in a high-growth software environment
  • Strong track record of driving renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Experience presenting ROI/business reviews to customer stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Healthcare or healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
