Our Client (≈$15B AUM) is hiring a Strategic Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

This is a high-impact, newly created role not just analysing problems but solving them.

What you’ll be doing

Turn strategy into action

• Break down complex business challenges and turn them into clear plans
• Support leadership in executing high-priority strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability

Own data-driven insights

• Build analytical models and reporting frameworks
• Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Improve how the firm captures, manages, and uses data

Drive meaningful projects

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation
• Coordinate across finance, investment, and operations teams
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery

Innovate with technology

• Identify opportunities to leverage

AI, automation, and modern tools

• Help implement systems that improve workflows and decision-making

Influence senior stakeholders

• Prepare executive-level presentations and insights
• Translate complexity into clarity for leadership teams

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who combines analytical depth with business intuition:

• 6\+ years in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or financial services
• Strong experience working with data, reporting, and complex problems
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Bonus: SQL, Python, or exposure to data/analytics tools
• Proven ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders
