Accountant
to join our growing team in Bali.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Expense Reporting: Prepare detailed employee expense reports and manage reimbursement and transfer workflows
- Payroll Management: Compile and process accurate and timely payroll data, including BPJS payments.
- Transaction Traceability: Maintain clear records of all incoming and outgoing payments with traceable documentation.
- Incoming Payments: Monitor and record transactions from Xendit and Shopify Payments, ensuring proper categorization.
- Bank Reconciliation: Oversee account activity and reconciliation across BNI, BCA, and Wise.
- Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit corporate and personal tax reports, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements covering marketing, taxes, salaries, and operational expenses.
- SOP Management: Regularly review and update accounting SOPs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments for smooth financial planning and reporting.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax law, payroll systems, and BPJS.
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
