What We're Looking For

Are you a designer who thrives on shaping an experience from the first idea to the final, polished product? Amway's Global Digital Product \& Experience Design team is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create thoughtful and intuitive digital experiences used by millions of customers and business owners around the world.

You will join an Agile product team, working on everything from native iOS apps to responsive web platforms. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in the entire product development lifecycle, using your design expertise to translate user needs and business goals into clear, impactful solutions. You’ll use tools like Figma to bring ideas to life and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure your vision is realized.

A Typical Day Might Include

• Collaborating with your Agile team in discovery sessions to define user problems and potential solutions.
• Developing user flows, wireframes, and journey maps to map out the ideal user experience.
• Crafting beautiful, high-fidelity visual designs and building interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Partnering with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and a high-quality final product.
• Contributing to our design system to help build consistency and efficiency across all our products.
• Analyzing user data and feedback to find opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in both UX (e.g., wireframes, user flows) and UI (e.g., visual design, prototypes) for mobile and web applications.
• Advanced skills and deep proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience working as an embedded designer within an Agile or Scrum team.
• A solid understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.

• A strong understanding of common design patterns for responsive web and native mobile (iOS) applications.
• A curiosity for emerging technologies, including an interest in exploring AI-powered design tools.
