Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
- Increase customer satisfaction level, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
- Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in economics or business management study
- Proven work experience as an operation manager, at least 6 years experience in managerial level
- Great English communication and capability
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
- Familiarity with hospitality standard equipment and technical expertise
- Preferably have exposure in conservation, theme park, and edutainment.
- Candidates with conservation and theme park experience will be an advantage
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
