Essential Functions
- Manage high-volume hiring initiatives, sourcing and screening top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience from start to finish
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist benefits administration and employee relations issues
- Support performance management processes
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
- Guide employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate training and development programs for both employees and leadership
- Must have a thorough understanding of workplace safety regulations, as this role supports safety compliance efforts across the organization
Other Responsibilities
- Drive culture-building initiatives — organizing team events, recognition programs, and enhanced onboarding processes while collecting and analyzing employee feedback to

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move items up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to use hands and arms to handle or operate tools and equipment
- Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
