Essential Functions

• Manage high-volume hiring initiatives, sourcing and screening top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience from start to finish
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist benefits administration and employee relations issues
• Support performance management processes
• Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
• Guide employees on HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Facilitate training and development programs for both employees and leadership
• Must have a thorough understanding of workplace safety regulations, as this role supports safety compliance efforts across the organization

Other Responsibilities

• Drive culture-building initiatives — organizing team events, recognition programs, and enhanced onboarding processes while collecting and analyzing employee feedback to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move items up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to use hands and arms to handle or operate tools and equipment
• Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
