About Us

Palettier is a bespoke AI visual service for fashion and jewellery brands. We are a high-touch creative studio that combines a custom AI generation pipeline with human creative direction to produce studio-grade imagery at scale.

We service D2C apparel and jewellery brands that want storytelling, brand accuracy, and garment-faithful visuals using technology. We work across westernwear and jewellery categories and serve brands across India, with active expansion into international markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to own the client experience at Palettier. You will be the person our clients hear from first, work with throughout a project, and come back to when they are ready for their next one.

This is a client-facing role at its core. You will be responsible for understanding what each brand needs, making sure the work we deliver matches that, and building relationships that bring clients back. The rest follows from that.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from the first conversation through to final delivery and repeat order.
  • Lead the creative briefing process and streamline project requirements, and work in close collaboration with brands to understand each brand’s visual requirements.
  • Understand and use Palettier’s technology for customer success and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and track project status across active accounts, keeping projects moving and clients informed.
  • Follow up with clients after delivery to check in, gather feedback, and explore what they need next.
  • Manage client expectations on timelines and deliverable scope.
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope within existing accounts.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, brand aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to efficiently manage client relationships with founders and brand owners.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple active accounts.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment.

Requirements (Preferable)

  • Familiarity with D2C brand operations, e-commerce visual requirements, or fashion content production.
  • Experience with CRM tools, project management platforms, or client communication workflows.
