Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Operations Manager

to lead Client Support, Customer Service, Field Service, and Installation operations for an established and growing telecommunications organization.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, meeting SLAs, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop managers across multiple operational functions
  • Drive process improvement and scalable operational systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Remove roadblocks so field teams can execute at a high level
  • Partner with the Executive Team to translate strategy into execution

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • 8\+ years of operational leadership experience (telecom or field service preferred)
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong process, logistics, and KPI management experience
  • Ideally, experience operating in an

EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

environment, including leading Level 10 meetings, managing Rocks, building and maintaining Scorecards, driving accountability through clear KPIs, and executing against a clear Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO)

  • Servant leadership and someone who operates with humility, accountability, and integrity
  • Strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to be hands-on
