Litigation Paralegal

California

Compensation:

Up to $130K

(Can do more, depending on experience)

A well-established and highly respected litigation firm is seeking a

Litigation Paralegal

to join its growing California office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal to work alongside accomplished trial attorneys on meaningful matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation files from intake through resolution
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
  • Coordinate medical records, case files, and deadlines
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
  • Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain case calendars and litigation support activities

Qualifications:

  • 2\+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong organizational and case management skills
  • Experience handling discovery and trial preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Employment Law Or Construction Defect is Plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between

[$75,000 – $130,000]

. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
