Logistics Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced truckload brokerage environment. This role is responsible for building and managing loads, coordinating appointments, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely communication with customers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities: - Build and enter loads accurately into the TMS - Schedule pickup and delivery appointments - Track shipments and ensure on-time performance - Provide proactive customer updates - Manage high-volume email communication - Retrieve and distribute PODs promptly - Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams - Escalate service issues as needed
