OMP as the core enterprise planning platform

local OMP design and delivery capability in Switzerland

• Role sits at the intersection of

supply chain planning and digital manufacturing / TechOps

• Foundational position with

high visibility and direct partner interaction

🎯

What You Will Do

• Lead OMP workstreams covering

demand, supply, inventory, capacity and production planning

• Design end‑to‑end planning processes and translate them into

OMP solution architecture and configuration

• Drive measurable outcomes such as

inventory reduction, service‑level improvement and plan stability

• Own integration topics between OMP and

ERP, MES/MOM and legacy planning tools

• Support pilots, roll‑outs, user adoption and

embed new ways of working

with business teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3\+ end‑to‑end OMP implementations or major roll‑outs

with hands‑on delivery responsibility

• Strong grounding in

supply chain planning

(demand, supply, inventory, S\&OP / IBP)

• Experience working with

Life Sciences or other complex, regulated industries

• Comfortable leading client workshops, small teams and senior stakeholders
• Commercial, pragmatic mindset, focused on

value, KPIs and real outcomes
