Job Description
Role: Senior Compensation Specialist
Duration: Full time
Location: Piscataway NJ
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of compensation analysis and compensation program experience
- 2–4 years of position management and workforce planning experience.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate HR environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking.
- Knowledge of compensation surveys and survey providers.
- Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Experience with compensation platforms such as PayFactors, MarketPay, and CompAnalyst.
- Experience using HRIS systems, compensation applications, and AI tools.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling abilities.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience.
