Full-stack Software Engineer (Fully remote - Up to $200k)

Fully Remote (US, Canada, Europe, UK, LATAM)

What you will do :

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic, UI etc.
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs
• Applied AI effectively to real world use cases
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity

What You Bring :

• Proven track record of owning products end to end and shipping with good velocity
• We are stack agnostic as long as you are good at any of these stacks and you are open to pick up our stack (Typescript, React) Experience in any of these stacks good (Rails, Elixir, Go etc..)
• Hands on AI experience
• You can work in ambiguous situation and move forward
• Have worked remotely in the past
• Good product Intuition
• Any level of experience (New Grads Ok)

Compensation and benefits :

• Compensation: $160k/year to $200k/year and up to 1% equity
• Unlimited PTO
• Fully remote
• Remote setup ok with B2B contract or EOR
