Our client is looking for someone to assist with a large scale insurance modernization project. Will lead 3 teams that are strategically breaking down pricing project on the business. Part of the larger scaled effort to integrate Earnix, (Pricing tool) into client environment.

This Sr Scrum Master should have led dev teams i the past and have a driven attitude. Customer looking for someone to get stuff done vs. process adherance.

Exposure to SAFe is a must.

The main responsibilities are:

• Manage 2-3 scrum teams and associated ceremonies
• Prepare metrics
• Prepare and facilitate PI planning
• Participate in program planning activities
• IMPORTANT**** This group is not a "mature" agile shop. Some tenants of Waterfall still exist. Candidates MUST know that they are going into that type of environment. The goal is to move towards agile, just know it's not going to happen overnight.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55\.00 - $63\.00/hr.
