What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Influence change by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Solve critical business problems through rigorous data analysis while managing multiple priorities
• Develop and deliver rapid turnaround business cases to assess opportunity value
• Measure and track effectiveness of technology and product initiatives, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
• Partner with various teams to translate data findings into targeted strategies and recommendations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5\+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy
• Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Comfort with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
• Proven ability to build and deliver business cases with speed and rigor
• Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT, to increase analytical output

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience at a SaaS company
• Background in benefits administration or HR technology
• Familiarity with call center operations, voice bot/IVR solutions, or conversational AI
• Experience working within a Private Equity-backed company
