is looking for an experienced

Electronics Repair Technician

to join our service department.

We specialize in the repair of professional audio, DJ, lighting and electronic equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting electronics and is comfortable diagnosing problems

at the component and PCB level

What You’ll Work On

• Powered speakers and subwoofers
• Professional amplifiers
• Analog and digital mixers
• DJ equipment
• Switching power supplies
• Professional lighting equipment
• Electronic control and power boards
• Other professional electronic equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic equipment to component level
• Diagnose switching power supplies and amplifier circuits
• Identify defective ICs, MOSFETs, transistors, diodes, capacitors and other components
• Repair and rework PCBs
• Perform through-hole and SMD soldering
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies and other diagnostic equipment
• Read schematics and service documentation
• Perform functional testing after repairs
• Document diagnosis, repairs performed and parts used
• Maintain an organized repair workstation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on electronics repair experience
• Strong electronic troubleshooting skills
• Good soldering and PCB repair skills
• Ability to use a multimeter and oscilloscope
• Understanding of power supplies and electronic circuits
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must have basic technician tools

Pro Audio experience is preferred, but NOT required.

Experience repairing amplifiers, industrial electronics, power supplies, consumer electronics, arcade equipment, musical equipment, automotive electronics or other PCB-based equipment may also be a good fit.

Training can be provided on the specific Pro Audio, DJ and lighting equipment we service.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Compensation

$20–$28 per hour

, depending on experience and demonstrated technical ability.

On-site position — this is a hands-on electronics repair role and cannot be performed remotely.
