Job Description
We seeking an experienced brand manager to develop and implement brand strategies that align short- and long-term business objectives with consumer behaviors, needs, and attitudes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative brand strategies that differentiate our value proposition from competitors while ensuring our business goals align with consumer needs
- Conduct consumer and market research—in collaboration with product managers—to ensure the brand caters to current and potential customers’ real-world needs and expectations
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that elevate and uphold the brand identity and awareness.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of brand and marketing initiatives to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding brand-related matters
- Develop brochures, detailing aids, promotional materials, product monographs, sales folders, banners, display materials, and digital marketing assets.
- Update and maintain corporate presentations and product slide decks.
- Conduct product launch meetings and periodic refresher training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a related Life Sciences discipline — Required
- MBA in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, or an equivalent business discipline — Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and Management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing long-term brand strategies that align market insights with business objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal skills
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical sector or CPG is a plus
- Ability to work independently, organize, coordinate \& collaborate
- Excellent time management, initiative and organizational skill
- Knowledge of PAAB guidelines and Canadian pharmaceutical promotional regulations.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tool knowledge
