The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision to a highly efficient, multi-station production department. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inventory and replenishment, overseeing the production process (including the intake of customer orders, and ensuring the timeliness and quality of order completion and delivery to customers. The Operations Manager also ensures that departmental and support personnel are focused on continuous improvement and supports a lean culture of inventory, people, and processes

Essential Duties \& Responsibilitie**
- s:Lead and direct the Fulfillment Operations Group in the achievement of key goals in the area of order processing and delivery, quality assurance management, inventory management, purchasing management, cost management, process layouts, process improvements and employee training and developmen
- t.Work with the Site Director to influence corporate strategic plan
- s.Work with functional leaders within the company to ensure compliance to company policy and procedure
- s.Ensure that the facility is compliant with Federal/ State/ local ordinances, laws and regulation
- s.Ensure that safety is always a strong part of the culture and environment within the facilit
- y.Obtain annual, monthly, and daily goals for various productivity and quality level

- t.Manage, train, and develop the facility managers and supervisors in hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems or removing obstacle

Qualificatio**
