Position Overview

We are seeking a

Field Services Engineer

with strong hands-on engineering experience to support semiconductor equipment in customer environments. This role focuses on the

installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and sustaining

of advanced semiconductor systems. The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with precision equipment in cleanroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform sustaining engineering activities to ensure optimal tool performance
• Diagnose hardware, electrical, optical, and mechanical issues in the field
• Work hands-on with engineering tools including:
• Hand tools
• Oscilloscopes
• Digital voltmeters and diagnostic instruments
• Support and maintain systems involving:
• Lasers
• Vacuum systems
• Optical benches
• Operate and work safely within

cleanroom environments

• Document service activities and communicate findings with engineering and customer teams
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering experience in a technical or field service role
• Experience supporting

semiconductor equipment

, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters
• Working knowledge of:
• Laser systems
• Vacuum systems
• Optical benches
• Experience working in a

cleanroom environment

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
• Photomask technology
• Mask inspection systems
• Inspection and metrology tools (EUV or DUV)
• Lithography systems
• Optical systems and cameras
• Laser-based systems
• Robotics and automation
• Previous experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools
