We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET Core/C# and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive front-end interfaces, robust backend APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6\+, C#, and React.js.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3\.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD processes to support automated deployments.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET Core
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
• LINQ and asynchronous programming
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD)

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• JavaScript (ES6\+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI
• State management libraries such as Redux or Context API
• Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility

Database

• SQL Server
• Database design, query optimization, stored procedures
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) is a plus

Cloud \& DevOps

• Microsoft Azure (preferred)
• Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Docker and containerization experience
• CI/CD pipeline implementation

Tools \& Technologies

• Git/GitHub/Azure Repos
• Visual Studio / VS Code
• Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
• SonarQube and code quality tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Generative AI integrations.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or Jest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4\+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Retail domains.
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AI-102).
• Experience developing AI-powered applications leveraging Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
