About Us

LifeSupplyUSA is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce retailers of household essentials in the United States, specializing in air filters, HVAC filters, extension cords, and home goods. We operate across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and additional marketplaces with a lean, high-performance remote team. We are scaling fast and hiring the person who will keep the entire operation running like a machine.

The Role

We are hiring an

Operations \& Project Manager

to serve as the execution backbone of the business and the primary management layer between our COO and our team.

This is

not

a coordinator role. This is a real management position with real authority.

You will own our operational rhythm, enforce accountability across every function, resolve blockers before they become problems, and ensure the entire team executes with precision, without the COO needing to be involved in day-to-day issues.

If things fall through the cracks, it is your job to catch them before anyone else notices.

๐Ÿ”น

Meeting Cadence Ownership

Own all recurring meetings end to end: Daily Standup, Weekly 1:1s, COO Operations Review, Project Kickoffs, and Monthly Ops Review. Agendas distributed 24 hours in advance. Notes and action items distributed within 24 hours of each meeting.

๐Ÿ”น

Cross-Team Coordination \& Blocker Resolution

Serve as the coordination layer between all functions. No team member should be stuck on a blocker for more than 24 hours without a resolution plan.

๐Ÿ”น

Workload \& Priority Management

Monitor workload distribution across the team. Surface imbalances to the COO with recommended reallocation before output is affected.

๐Ÿ”น

KPI Dashboard Management

๐Ÿ”น

Operational SOP Library
