About Role:

You will own everything visual — brand identity, borrower app, LOS journey, marketing assets, website. You'll work directly with the Lead PM and move fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the brand identity from scratch — logo, colors, typography, design system
  • Design the full borrower app experience — onboarding, KYC, loan offer, sanction, and repayment flows — optimised for conversion
  • Design the LOS journey end-to-end; you'll sit with the PM and engineers to make sure what you design actually gets built right
  • Build the website and user landing page
  • Produce all marketing assets — banners, CTAs, in-app comms — for placement across TIL properties
  • Run UX testing with real target users and feed findings back into the product fast

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of design experience — fintech, consumer app, or banking portfolio strongly preferred
  • Figma native — prototyping, auto-layout, component libraries, the works
  • Have designed multi-step onboarding flows and form-heavy journeys before; you know the drop-off problem intimately
  • Can do brand identity work and detailed product UI — both, not just one
  • Move fast and take feedback well; this is not a slow-moving design environment
