What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and support 2\+ Agile pods, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product/Experience Owners, Engineering, and Banking stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Use Agile metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and drive actionable insights through retrospectives
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and guide teams toward self-organization and accountability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile delivery with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience leading multiple Agile pods in complex, enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of banking systems, integrations, and regulatory delivery constraints
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SSO Portals
• Experience with SSO Application Integration
• Exposure to large-scale banking transformation or modernization initiatives
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
