Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI CI Poly Cyber Engineer with a Scrum Master background in the Fort Meade area.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Active TS/ SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelors Degree
• 4-7 years of experience:
• Strong Scrum Master experience facilitating Agile delivery in secure/regulatory environments (mission essential / cyber-heavy programs).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks (e.g., RMF).
• Experience supporting enterprise oversight activities such as auditing programs, resolving policy/standards conflicts, and monitoring compliance.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-161 / supply chain risk management practices.
• Experience with ITIL, enterprise architecture alignment, and/or process maturity models such as CMMI.
• Certifications such as CSM, Security\+, CASP\+/SecurityX, CISSP, or other DoD-approved cyber credentials.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enable on-time sprint execution and delivery.
• Drive impediment removal and unblock cross-functional teams working in a cybersecurity-focused, regulated environment.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded into agile workflows (security-informed planning, delivery alignment to mission goals).
• Oversee risk, compliance, and continuity monitoring across programs—supporting vulnerability/risk mitigation activities and program readiness.
• Support secure acquisitions workstreams including supply chain security assessments and procurement security coordination.
• Coordinate end-to-end service delivery efforts: define SLAs, collect performance feedback, and drive corrective actions / continuous improvement.
• Lead needs analysis, cost evaluations, and design recommendations to support upgrades and optimization of IT services and delivery.
