Role Description

This full-time Market Research Analyst position is based on-site in Charlotte, NC. The individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, designing and executing research studies, interpreting data trends, and developing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key tasks include managing research projects, preparing client-ready presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality results. The candidate will also communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and contribute to the development of tailored research strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Market Research methodologies
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills to deliver clear and professional presentations
  • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative Research
  • Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is required
  • Familiarity with UX and product development research is advantageous
