Business Analyst

**Applicants must be onsite in Lansing, MI minimum 2 days per week**

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Lansing, MI

On-going Contract

Pay Range: $40-$45/hr

Skills \& Experience

• 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Financial domain experience (this project is Accounts Receivable)

• Strong experience gathering requirements from users (identifying impacted business processes, assessing business needs, identifying IT solution integration, GAP analysis, SWOT analysis)

• Experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including wireframes and screen mockups, context diagrams, benefits realization, business practice models, workflow diagrams, traceability metrics)

• Experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including daily scrum, spring planning, backlog grooming, spring reviews, sprint retrospective

• Experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.

• Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)

• Bachelor’s Degree

Job Description

The Business Analyst will be joining our client's team in Lansing, Michigan. The BA will gather requirements from users, design technical and business requirement documentation, and create user stories and acceptance criteria. $40/hr - $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
