Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you’re not just leading hotel recruitment initiatives – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Manage hotel recruitment strategies: Lead all recruiting initiatives, including job postings, advertising, external recruiting events, and builds partnerships with employment agencies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Responsible for leading and executing all recruitment efforts, including screening and interviews of qualified candidates and referring them to manages in the required time frame.
• Execute hiring processes: Lead recruitment efforts, including referral programs and sponsorship processes, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices
• Analyze and optimize talent acquisition: Monitor turnover trends, conduct exit interviews, and leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve retention
• Partner with Hiring manager to gain mutual agreement on minimum qualifications and experience necessary for all open positions. Develops and maintains professional relations with department heads and hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition needs are met.
• Coordinates the onboarding process for all new hires, including background checks, necessary paperwork and drug testing for all applicable positions.
• Provides professional support and advice on recruitment strategies to managers and advises managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
