Part-Time Studio Designer + Materio Specialist (Interior Design Firm)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional who is fluent in Studio Designer and familiar with Materio to assist with purchasing, project management, and financial tracking for our design projects. Knowing the Studio Designer Software and Materio Software are requirements for this job.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working within an interior design firm who understands the purchasing lifecycle from specification to ordering to installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and project financials within Studio Designer
• Enter proposals, purchase orders, and invoices
• Track orders, payments, and vendor communications
• Maintain accurate project budgets and cost tracking
• Coordinate product specifications between Studio Designer and Materio
• Support the design team with procurement organization and documentation
• Assist with vendor follow-ups and order status updates
• Help maintain clean, organized project data within Studio Designer

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Studio Designer is required
• Familiarity with Materio (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Experience working with interior design procurement and purchasing workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Comfortable working with vendors, invoices, and project budgets
• Experience with QuickBooks or accounting workflows is a plus

• Experience working within an interior design firm
• Familiarity with design procurement processes
• Understanding of trade vendors and product ordering

Schedule

• Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week) but with room to grow into a more full-time position
• Flexible schedule
• Remote or hybrid options available

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $22\.00 per hour
