, where you will lead the development of reporting, analytics, and data solutions that power smarter workforce decisions.

You will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, and business leaders—transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

Lead, Build \& Elevate HR Data Intelligence

Take ownership of enterprise reporting and analytics that influence decision-making at every level.

  • Design Advanced Reporting Solutions:

Develop, test, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics tools using large, multi-source employee datasets

  • Deliver Business Insights:

Create scheduled and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful workforce trends, KPIs, and decision support

  • Own BI Expertise:

Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Business Intelligence (BI), fulfilling enterprise reporting needs

  • Analyze Complex Data:

Perform data manipulation, aggregation, and analysis to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement

Drive Data Accuracy, Integration \& Governance

Ensure the integrity, reliability, and flow of HR data across systems.

  • Manage Data Infrastructure:

Maintain sustainable data structures, system tables, and integrations across HRIS and enterprise platforms

  • Ensure Data Integrity:

Conduct audits, validations, and quality monitoring to maintain accuracy and compliance

  • Optimize System Configuration:

Evaluate and enhance system rules, codes, and data organization for accurate transaction processing

  • Resolve Data Issues:

Research discrepancies, document findings, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence

Build Scalable Systems \& Reporting Capabilities

Transform business requirements into efficient, data-driven solutions.

  • Develop Integrations:

Coordinate and configure data feeds and integrations across internal and external systems

  • Translate Business Needs:

Convert requirements, policies, and CBA provisions into system logic, reporting structures, and calculations

  • Support System Enhancements:

Test and implement new features, configurations, and reporting capabilities

  • Document \& Standardize:

Create data dictionaries, reporting documentation, and job aids to ensure consistency and scalability

Enable the Business Through Data \& Collaboration

Act as a strategic partner supporting enterprise-wide HRIS initiatives.

  • Support End Users:

Provide advanced troubleshooting and reporting support to HR and business teams

  • Train \& Educate:

Develop training materials and guide users on reporting tools and system functionality

  • Drive Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, system usability, and data processes

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors on system and data initiatives

What You Bring

You combine technical expertise with business acumen and a passion for data.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5\+ years of HRIS, systems administration, or technical data experience
  • Strong experience with UKG/UltiPro and HRIS reporting tools preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Access, and reporting tools
  • Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and data query development
  • Experience with time and attendance systems and HRIS implementations preferred

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role: SAN RAFAEL, CA. If you are applying to work from a different location, the salary range may vary to align with the cost of labor and market conditions in that area. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.

Zone 1: Starting rate $120,000; up to $130,000 for highly qualified candidates
