We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing \& Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team in Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood, FL. This role will work directly under senior management to help ensure retailer and wholesale orders are processed accurately, shipped efficiently, and delivered on time.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in order processing, logistics, or operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping systems organized and running efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing
- Process retailer and wholesale purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Review incoming purchase orders for quantities, pricing, routing instructions, and retailer compliance requirements
- Enter and manage orders in
Zoho
and related systems
- Monitor open orders, backorders, and shipping deadlines
- Assist with retailer communication regarding order updates, inventory issues, and shipping timelines

EDI \& Retailer Compliance
- Manage order-related transactions through EDI systems
- Process purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, and related retailer documentation
- Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling requirements, and shipping deadlines
- Assist in preventing retailer chargebacks through accurate documentation and shipment execution
Shipping \& Logistics
- Coordinate shipments with
LTL carriers
, parcel carriers, and freight brokers
- Prepare shipping documents including BOLs, labels, and packing documentation
- Coordinate shipments and inventory flow using 3PL Center
- Schedule pickups, routing requests, and delivery appointments
- Track shipments and help resolve delays, shortages, or freight issues
Warehouse \& Inventory Support
- Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
- Verify inventory availability and communicate shortages or delays
- Help prioritize urgent shipments and retailer deadlines
Administrative \& Operational Support
- Maintain accurate order, shipment, and customer records
- Assist senior management with operational reporting and workflow organization
- Help identify process improvements to improve order accuracy and shipping speed
Qualifications
- 1–3\+ years experience in order processing, logistics, operations, or supply chain support
- Experience with Zoho, EDI systems, and/or 3PL Center preferred
- Experience coordinating LTL freight shipments preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
