Role Overview
As an HR Operations professional, you will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, visa and mobility processes, HR systems management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient people operations and deliver a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes within the company.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage employee travel arrangements, including bookings, reimbursements, and policy compliance.
- Handle visa and migration processes for international employees.
- Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with payroll, legal, and finance departments to align HR operations with business needs.
- Organize corporate events and conferences to support employee engagement.
- Streamline internal procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership on operational HR matters.
Requirements
- 2–5\+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles in Cyprus.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Familiarity with visa, immigration, or global mobility processes is an advantage.
- Experience working with HRIS and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Good understanding of local labor regulations and HR compliance practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
