: TerraStake is a marketplace where verified UAE property and productive land is listed, fractionalized, and traded. Investors buy pool tokens for diversified exposure by asset class. They receive periodic distributions from rent and land yield. They sell on our secondary market rather than waiting months for a buyer.

The differentiator is productive land. We match idle parcels with agriculture, solar, and storage operators, so land generates income instead of sitting on a balance sheet as a bet on price.

Role Description:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the senior executive driving the Company’s technology vision and product delivery by shaping the Company’s multi-year technology roadmap, scaling engineering teams, ensuring systems development and delivery, data security, and regulatory compliance, and overseeing cloud-native architecture to guarantee ultra-low latency, uptime, and scalable transaction

processing. The CTO will partner closely with the CEO, leadership team, board of directors, and regulators to ensure the Company’s technical infrastructure is scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

. 10–15\+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on B2C fintech,

digital assets, or financial platforms.

. Strong understanding of digital assets regulations in the GCC and compliance frameworks

. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, IT operations, project management, system

development, outsourcing, managed services, testing, and modern architectures (microservices,

APIs, E2E integration).

. Experience building highly automated platforms with minimal manual intervention

. Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning is a plus

. Demonstrated ability to scale systems and teams in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

1\.Technology Strategy and Technical Risk Management:

∙ Define the overarching technical vision and align product development with long-term

business goals.

∙ Provide critical technical guidance to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors on the

strategic and tactical technical and product-delivery issues, including IT architecture,

infrastructure, and application development.

∙ Identify potential technical and information security risks and develop proactive measures to

address them. Implement and oversee a robust technical and information security framework

and corporate policies.

2\.Architecture and Product Delivery:

∙ Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-availability RWA Tokenization platforms

(mobile applications and web) and ensure a seamless and ultra-secure user experience.

∙ Oversee end-to-end architecture, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and microservices.

∙ Drive automation and system optimization, enabling fast onboarding and near real-time

transaction processing.

∙ Manage the development, execution, and integration of smart contracts into the product structures

and platforms.

∙ Lead and scale high-performing engineering and programming projects and operations.

∙ Manage integration of third-party business solutions including API integration and end-to-end

integration projects.

∙ Manage the entire cycle of system testing across all platforms, including load testing, interface

testing, and API testing.

∙ Collaborate with Product and Business teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions

∙ Oversee technology budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking.

3\.Security and Compliance:

∙ Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

∙ Advise on technical implications to product structures, features, customer experience, and

platform operations.

∙ Implement best practices in cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, service delivery

requirements, and risk management.

4\.Engineering Leadership:

∙ Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple products and services.

∙ Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

∙ Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

∙ Manage engineering capacity, budgeting, resource planning, and recruitment.

5\. Vendor \& Stakeholder Management

∙ Manage relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and partners.

∙ Manage and oversee outsourced managed services.

∙ Coordinate with the regulators on compliance issues related to IT infrastructure, information

security, cybersecurity, data governance, and data protection.
