Senior Auditor

PKF Australia is a national, award winning mid-tier audit, assurance and advisory group of independent firms, tailoring their service and solutions with a specific focus on client needs.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years recent Audit and Assurance experience, gained in public practice and on your way to complete CA. Familiarity with Caseware would be an advantage but not essential. Further, you will be excited by the opportunity to be challenged, grow and develop, with excellent execution skills and a passion to work as part of a team.

If you’re looking for a role that offers variety without being pigeonholed, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and receive strong mentoring and support as you develop your career. You will gain exposure to large private entities, managed investment schemes, and other entity types, across a wide range of audit and assurance engagements. A good grasp of accounting and auditing standards is essential.

You will work across a variety of client industry sectors such as finance, entertainment, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Skills, attributes and competencies required:

• You will be on-route to qualifying as a CA (or equivalent) and will have recent Audit experience as a Senior
• Good grasp of accounting and auditing standards
• Embrace a team culture, with a focus on developing and utilising individual strengths
• Strong desire to grow and develop both as a person and in your career
• Responsive, caring and a client orientated focus
• Capable to work individually where required and solve problems
