Job Description

10–12\+ years of overall IT experience

Key Responsibilities

Business \& Functional Analysis

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand

business goals, processes, and functional requirements

  • Analyze current‑state and future‑state business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Define and document

business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Transition \& Knowledge Management

  • Participate in

knowledge transfer (KT) sessions

with customer or incumbent teams to acquire business and functional knowledge

  • Review, validate, and update existing

BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, and process documentation

  • Maintain KT trackers, clarification logs, and business readiness status

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a

single point of contact for business requirement clarifications

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and walkthroughs with business users and SMEs
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure shared understanding

Functional \& Domain Skills

  • Strong experience in

business analysis, requirement gathering, and process modeling

  • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable requirements

Experience working in

transition, Insurance domain
