10–12\+ years of overall IT experience
Key Responsibilities
Business \& Functional Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand
business goals, processes, and functional requirements
- Analyze current‑state and future‑state business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Define and document
business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Transition \& Knowledge Management
- Participate in
knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
with customer or incumbent teams to acquire business and functional knowledge
- Review, validate, and update existing
BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, and process documentation
- Maintain KT trackers, clarification logs, and business readiness status
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a
single point of contact for business requirement clarifications
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and walkthroughs with business users and SMEs
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure shared understanding
Functional \& Domain Skills
- Strong experience in
business analysis, requirement gathering, and process modeling
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable requirements
Experience working in
transition, Insurance domain
