We’re looking for a collaborative, results-driven content creator who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and is passionate about creating engaging brand stories that drive awareness, strengthen community connections, and inspire guests to experience SKYLAKE Adventures.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead SKYLAKE’s social media presence through engaging content, thoughtful storytelling, and active community management. You’ll create original photos, graphics, videos, and written content tailored to each platform while managing content calendars, monitoring trends, and engaging with guests and followers. From capturing real-time moments throughout the park to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth, your creativity, initiative, and understanding of social media will help strengthen the SKYLAKE brand, grow our audience, and inspire guests to experience their own adventure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage SKYLAKE’s social media strategy and channels, including content planning, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Create original, brand-aligned photography, graphics, videos, and written content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports seasonal offerings, events, promotions, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Proactively identify and capture content opportunities throughout the park, including real-time moments and guest experiences.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to recommend and test new content approaches.
• Track channel growth, engagement, brand sentiment, and content performance, using insights to continuously improve social media strategy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and internal teams to support events, partnerships, paid social initiatives, and other communication priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the continued growth and success of SKYLAKE Adventures.

What Makes You Fit

• At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for an organization, business, or brand
• Hands-on content creation experience with a portfolio of original images, graphics, videos, campaigns, or other relevant work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or a comparable professional creative platform
• Experience using social media publishing and analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of how content, messaging, tone, and format should differ across social media platforms and audiences
• Awareness of current social media trends and the judgment to identify opportunities that align with the SKYLAKE brand
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong writing, visual storytelling, organization, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work outside traditional office hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, based on business needs
