on a really exciting journey — and they’re hiring a
Demand Generation Manager
to help scale their next phase of growth, following a recent
repositioning and ICP refinement.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and driving pipeline growth (your north star)
- Improving funnel performance from lead → deal
- Managing and scaling a content engine (SEO, AEO, distribution)
- Testing and launching new channels (paid, partnerships, referrals)
- Turning experiments into repeatable, scalable growth plays
- Partnering closely with Sales on pipeline, targeting \& enablement
- Optimising the website for conversion (traffic → demo)
- Working in a lean team, owning execution end-to-end

- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing
- Proven ability to drive pipeline (not just leads)
- Experience across multiple channels (content, paid, SEO, etc.)
- A self-starter who brings ideas and executes fast
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue impact
