Job Description
We’re partnered with a B2B SaaS startup hiring an SDR Manager to take over a small, existing team and push performance to the next level by consistently delivering pipeline, not just activity.
They raised a Series A last year, saw strong revenue growth in 2025, and are positioned to do it again in 2026\. They sell into modern product and research teams, supporting mid-market and enterprise deals with customers like GitLab, Webflow, Yahoo, MongoDB, and BILL.
What you’ll actually do:
- Coach SDRs into consistent quota attainment
- Drive outbound pipeline that converts into real revenue
- Instill accountability, urgency, and higher standards across the team
- Own team-level metrics and make performance predictable
What matters:
- 2\+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record coaching underperformers into strong contributors
- Experience owning pipeline or activity targets
- Comfortable operating in early-stage or scaling environments
- Strong operator who holds a high bar and enforces it
Nice to have:
- Experience scaling SDR teams at early-stage companies
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator
This role is fully remote with most of the company leadership based in NYC \& Boston.
