Our client is an established international software provider that helps multi-site retail and consumer-facing organisations improve store operations, communication, task management, and customer experience. They combine the stability and resources of a global business with the culture of a growing regional team, offering employees significant autonomy, excellent development opportunities, and exposure to some of the most recognisable retail brands in the market.

Description

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and follow up on marketing campaigns, content downloads and event leads.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account plans and convert opportunities into pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and support pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity and continuously test new outreach strategies to improve results.

Profile

  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or SDR experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by achieving targets and creating opportunities.
  • Curious and coachable, with a genuine interest in technology and commercial problem-solving.
  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial, willing to test new ideas and find creative ways to engage prospects.
  • Ambitious and eager to progress into a future Account Executive or full sales-cycle role.

Job Offer

  • Competitive base salary of up to £45,000 plus performance-related bonus.
  • A clear and accelerated pathway into an Account Executive role.
  • Access to industry-leading sales tools, technology and AI-powered prospecting platforms.
  • Hands-on coaching from experienced sales and marketing leaders.
  • The opportunity to work with globally recognised retail and consumer brands.
  • Hybrid working, with a collaborative and supportive office environment.
  • The chance to join a growing business where you can make a visible impact and help shape the sales development function.
