Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product development for Z Gallerie's full furniture assortment, from concept to mass production. Drive cross-functional R\&D teams, translate brand identity into multi-style, multi-price-tier product strategies, and align development cadence with GTM and retail execution.

Job Description

1\. Lead end-to-end product development for Z Gallerie's full furniture assortment, with deep knowledge of product development SOPs from concept design to mass production.

2\. Interpret Z Gallerie's brand indentity. Gather market data on key fashion trends and drive the systematic development of multiple styles and price tiers of the product.

3\.Lead cross-functional R\&D teams (Industrial Design, CMF, Structural Engineering, etc.) and establish efficient design standards, processes, and management systems.

4\.Cooperate with Product Management, GTM, and Retail teams to align product development cadence with go-to-market strategy and brand experience.

Qualifications

1\.10\+ years of product management experience across full-category furniture and home furnishings in retail or e-commerce, including 5\+ years in senior leadership roles managing complex product portfolios and driving scalable systems and cross-functional collaboration.

2\.Experience in full-category OEM development and merchandise, with deep knowledge of multi-style, multi-price-tiers product assortments in the furniture and home furnishings or retail industry.

3\.Familiar with the complete delivery model from product development to GTM to physical retail, within the end-to-end perspective across the furniture\& home furnishings or retail industry,

4\.Strong sense of ownership and leadership, strategic thinking, mature conflict management skills, and continuous self-learning ability.

5\.Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management (preferred).

6\.Familar with cross-regional communication and collaboration.Willing to travel to China for extended business trips as needed.
