We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse \& Logistics Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing team supporting the distribution of medical supplies and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) used by healthcare providers nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Keep warehouse operations running smoothly through receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage inventory with precision, ensuring stock accuracy and seamless order fulfillment
• Coordinate with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to keep operations moving efficiently
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry standards, including proper handling of medical supplies and APIs
• Champion workplace safety and maintain equipment to ensure a clean, efficient environment
• Utilize ERP and logistics systems to manage inventory, reporting, compliance documentation, and operational tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and support a best-in-class operation
• Prepare reports and documentation that drive operational success and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 2\+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP platforms, or logistics software is a plus
