THE OPPORTUNITY

WVE Media is a creative and media agency operating at the intersection of technology, content, and culture. We build campaigns and platforms for entertainment and media clients who move fast and expect the same from the teams around them.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can operate at the highest level of client engagement - someone who walks into a room with a major brand and commands the conversation, then comes back internally and makes sure everything gets executed flawlessly.

This is not a support role. You will own the strategy, shape the pitch, and drive the outcome. If you have built marketing strategies for high-profile clients, led senior sales conversations, and delivered results that kept accounts growing - this is your next move.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

You will drive marketing strategy and project execution across a portfolio of entertainment and media clients. That means being fluent in the creative and strategic side of what we build, not just the logistics of delivering it.

  • Lead and participate in high-level sales calls with enterprise and entertainment clients
  • Develop and present marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals, audience, and platform landscape
  • Own end-to-end project management across concurrent client engagements
  • Build and deliver compelling decks and proposals that close deals and align stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, paid media, tech, and analytics to hit deadlines and quality standards
  • Consult on platform-specific rollout plans and paid media strategies in collaboration with internal and partner teams
  • Use campaign performance data to inform and refine ongoing strategy
  • Maintain strong client relationships as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key accounts
  • Stay ahead of trends across social, creator, and content marketing to bring fresh thinking to every engagement

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first 90 days:

You have a full command of your client accounts, have led at least one strategy presentation, and have established yourself as the go-to person internally and externally. Clients feel confident. Deliverables are on track.

At six months:

You are driving strategy across multiple accounts, have contributed to at least one new business pitch, and are consistently delivering work that clients are proud of. You are operating independently and raising the bar for how WVE shows up.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who has done this at a high level before and is ready to own it completely.

  • 5\+ years in project management, account management, or marketing strategy - ideally at a creative or media agency
  • A proven track record managing high-stakes client relationships with enterprise or entertainment brands
  • Deep enough understanding of marketing to lead strategy conversations, not just manage them
  • Polished, confident communicator who can hold the room with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Expert at building decks and proposals that are sharp, compelling, and built to close
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools - Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
  • Fluency in social and content marketing platforms and how they work together
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Self-directed and thrives in a remote-first, high-output environment

  • Familiarity with Meta and Instagram advertising platforms and campaign ecosystems
  • Experience working with talent, creators, or influencer-driven campaigns
  • Background in paid media strategy and platform-specific rollout planning
  • CRM experience in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Comfort with AI-powered tools and modern workflow automation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $105,000 - $120,000 base salary based on experience
