Looking for FULL-TIME Executive Coach for Physicians and Nurses (100% REMOTE position)

We are a national hospital consulting firm looking for a full-time Executive Coach to add to our coaching team. The ideal candidate has a background in psychology, education, or healthcare, as well as some counseling and/or coaching experience. Experience working in a hospital or healthcare is helpful. Addiction treatment training or EAP experience is also a plus.

The position is full-time (but not necessarily 9-5) and 100% fully remote. (Please do not respond if you are looking for a part-time coaching position.)

We are a leading-edge and mission-driven organization providing behavioral feedback systems and coaching for physicians, nurses, and their leaders. As such, we contract with major hospitals in the US (e.g., many Harvard hospitals) and Canada (e.g., McGill, etc.).

We provide extensive training for new coaches for our innovative 360-degree feedback and coaching system, so professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to engage with sometimes challenging clients are a must.
