What contribution will I make to Sharon Young Inc?
The Digital Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind the brand's holistic digital strategy and execution which is inclusive of 3 current corporate online sites, Amazon 1P and 3P, as well as across all digital marketing channels/platforms, including drop-ship programs. This role will be responsible for growing online revenue, increasing engagement, delivering best-in-class brand and customer experiences while building analytical capabilities to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Creates strategies to identify and activate digital media, refine platform mix and optimize online merchandising presentations as well as product assortments.
- Develops e-comm/digital business plans, including social media, all content media, influencers, and IT requirements as needed.
- Manages existing vendor and agency relationships to ensure all solutions and services are being maximized.
- Serves as a voice of the customer and acts as a customer experience advocate in considering decisions that will impact our customers.
- Works cross-functionally with the brand, creative and IT teams to deliver site capabilities that maximize b2c marketing campaigns including SEO, email, social, SEM, website.
- Closely monitors market trends, digital development, and customer and cultural insights, working cross-functionally to translate into future enhancements and new experiences.
- Utilizes qualitative and quantitative inputs to build, maintain and activate a personalized experience for key customer segments on all digital and social platforms.
- Partners with the brand to identify, align and activate against key brand priorities.
- Serve as an extension of the brand marketing team focused on building awareness, generating demand, driving conversion, delighting consumers, and inspiring evangelism.
- Employs data-driven strategies to inform investment decisions and attain agreed upon ROI..
- Leverages qualitative, quantitative and trend inputs to drive websites update.
- Drives business results and key performance indicators by leveraging data to drive change and to measure the impact of delivery.
- Report key success metrics to stakeholders regarding business performance, opportunities, and project status.
- Partners with cross-functional partners on all digital/social/e-commerce activities that impact experience.
What are the requirements for consideration?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5\+ years ' experience in relevant digital marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods or apparel.
- Applying complex data and decision sciences methods to achieve business results.
- Developing/managing sites on Shopify.
- Implementing effective customer acquisition programs.
- High level of understanding of applied digital best practices and experience/technology trends.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced growth environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to adapt and apply in an effort to move the business forward.
- Solid business acumen and understanding.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
