Manufacturing Business Analyst

Medley, FL (on-site)

In this role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership, business teams, and Corporate IT to keep critical systems running smoothly while helping drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting ERP systems, infrastructure, reporting, and projects that directly impact daily plant performance.

What You’ll Do:

Day-to-Day System Support (45%)

  • Support and enhance business systems to ensure reliability, performance, and availability
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues
  • Monitor system performance and leverage user feedback and metrics to drive improvements
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity objectives

Analysis, Design \& Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system designs
  • Configure, integrate, test, and support system enhancements, upgrades, and CI initiatives
  • Partner with senior analysts and leadership for design and solution reviews

Reporting \& Metrics (10%)

  • Extract, analyze, and format data for dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Help drive data-informed decision-making and process improvements

Project \& Initiative Leadership (10%)

  • Plan and coordinate medium-sized projects or complex components of larger initiatives
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to IT and plant leadership

Documentation \& Training (10%)

  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Train end users on workflows, business processes, and reporting capabilities
  • Enable adoption and confidence through clear communication and education

Advanced \& Team Support (5%)

  • Support teammates by providing functional and industry expertise on complex issues
  • Share best practices and contribute to overall team capability

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support for security, networking, and infrastructure
  • Maintain and support the ERP system, including manufacturing applications
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT and other manufacturing plants
  • Lead and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
  • Participate in shared on-call support, scheduled maintenance, and after-hours support as needed
  • Serve as IT leadership at the plant site for key initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

Education \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2\+ years of related functional or IT systems experience

Technical \& Functional Skills

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • ERP systems (order processing, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing applications)
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Project management fundamentals
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cisco WebEx and Jabber a plus
