Cladding \& Fire Remediation

A specialist consultancy is looking to appoint both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of cladding remediation and fire safety projects across London.

The successful candidates will work across a portfolio of residential remediation schemes, supporting clients through complex delivery and compliance requirements in line with current Building Safety legislation.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing cladding and fire remediation projects through all delivery stages
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and resident stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, risk and compliance requirements
• Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
• Ensuring effective communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering cladding, façade or fire remediation projects
• Consultancy or client-side project management background preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Building Safety and remediation requirements
• Experience working on occupied residential schemes beneficial
