Magnet is hiring a Sales Development Rep.

We're a growth architecture firm. We sell brand, web, SEO, and paid as one connected system, and we sell it to founders and marketing leaders who already know what good looks like.

This role owns the top of our pipeline. Outbound, inbound triage, qualification, and the warm handoff to the principal for close. Apollo, Gmail, LinkedIn, Granola, and a stack of agentic tooling that lets one SDR do the work of a small BDR team.

The stack: Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, Notion Pipeline DB, Granola, and AI workflows that draft, sequence, and qualify so you can spend your time on real conversations.

Here's what makes this different from every other SDR job post:

→ You run AI as your second SDR. Apollo AI, Clay enrichment, Granola summaries, and custom agent workflows handle the grunt work. You handle the judgment.

→ You own the funnel from cold to qualified. Sourcing, sequencing, A/B testing copy, replying in real time, and booking the call. You don't toss leads into a CRM and hope.

→ Real qualification, not vanity meetings. We use a strict ICP and a documented qualification framework. Your bonus is tied to deals that close, not calls that happen.

→ Direct line to the principal. The Founder closes. You sit next to him in Slack, in Notion, and in the pipeline review. Your read on a prospect actually moves the deal.

→ You sell a real story. Magnet is opinionated, evidence-based, and contrarian to agency norms. You're not pitching ad spend, you're pitching architecture.

You've run outbound at a B2B services company and you know what a clean Apollo sequence looks like. You write well and you don't need a script to handle an objection. You've used AI prospecting tools for real, not just demoed them. You push back on bad-fit prospects with the same confidence you push hard on the good ones.
