Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a HVAC Technician – Wynn Oasis to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis Engineering team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain desired temperature and humidity levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to support housing infrastructure needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
