Knit has a hybrid working policy, with team members in the US and India. Our standard business operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
Travel:
This role may require limited travel for team summits and select conferences or client dinners. Knit US hosts an annual in-person All Team Summit.

- urs.Conduct discovery to qualify interest, needs, and timing before handing off to
- AEs.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP targeting and outbound sequen
- ces.Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in Salesfo
- rce.Test and optimize messaging, personalization tactics, and sequencing caden
- ces.Contribute feedback loops on messaging effectiveness, objection trends, and persona insights to Marketing and Prod
- uct.Experience using or eagerness to adopt AI-enabled sales tools to streamline research, personalization, and sequenc

Required Skills \& Experi**

n an SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS or services co
mpany, ideally selling into enterprise or marketing/research funct
- ions.Proven success meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and meeting-booking tar
- gets.Strong written communication and storytelling skills — you’ll often be the first impression of Knit to senior decision-ma
- kers.Confidence and professionalism in reaching out to VP- and Director-level prosp

SalaryIn accordance with New York pay transparency requirements, the expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 with OTE of $100,000 annually; final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s level, experience, and qualifications upon joini
