The Position
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing \& Commercial Partnerships, will support Reservoir’s US Recorded Music marketing team across catalog and frontline campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing \& Commercial Partnerships, this role will help drive streaming growth, fan engagement, and audience development through DSP partnerships, commercial pitching, digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and direct-to-fan initiatives. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities.
- Manage organization and population of release pitching details and assets in Airtable, including feature.fm links, descriptions, marketing/pitch summaries, and artist photos.
- Pitching releases in DSP forms and backends across US-based projects.
- Share weekly updates on external releases and priorities with external DSP stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with DSP and editorial contacts on behalf of the company/clients.
- Administer all US label-credit advertising campaigns, including TikTok and Spotify ads, to support the growth strategy on these platforms.
- Support a label-owned playlist ecosystem to drive streaming growth, including creating new playlisting strategies and implementation.
- Support all digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, including paid media, creator marketing, content marketing, D2F marketing, and viral marketing techniques and strategies.
- Create and edit content as-needed for marketing campaigns and owned media assets, such as advertising banners/videos, social media cutdowns, and newsletters.
- Weekly streaming summaries and digital performance reports, including playlisting wrap-ups, advertising reports, and bespoke marketing campaign reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for the go-to-market best practices for partner labels.
- Support quarterly planning across catalog, frontline, and anniversary projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in music marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM, project management, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, fan engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals and marketing technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Quick learner with the initiative to take ownership and continuously develop expertise.
- Passion for music, fan culture, and the evolving digital music ecosystem, including streaming and artist-to-fan engagement.
